Our History
The growth of Thika Road Baptist Church from 1965 until today can only be explained through the words that the Lord gave the founding missionary, Ed Weaver. He and his family arrived in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1962 as the first Baptist missionaries and rented a house in Garden Estate, near Braeburn School.
Our Services
Kiswahili Service 8:45 am – 10:15am
English Bible Study 9:00 am – 10:00 am
English Service 10:15 am – 12:30 pm
PM Service 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Wednesday Prayer Meeting 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Ukambani Baptist Churches Ladies Conference will be held from 18th to 21st August 2026 in Ukambani.All TRBC Ladies have been requested to channel their support through the ladies committee andchurch secretary.

There will be a Joint Fellowship of our sister churches on Sunday, 30th Aug. 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at Grace Baptist Church (Mwiki). All members are invited.
